Common questions.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They open the private link, add their name the first time they favorite or select, and that's it.

Where are my photos stored?

In your own Google Drive, untouched. Shooters Hubbie only keeps the gallery details (titles, picks, notes) and shows your photos through a secure link. Prefer not to use Drive? Upload to Hubbie Storage instead.

Can I share videos?

Yes, on Pro and Studio. Upload your films to Hubbie Storage (Drive is for photos) and they play in the gallery next to the photos. Export as 1080p MP4 so they play on every phone.

Can clients get into my Drive?

Never. Clients only see the photos in the gallery you shared, and Shooters Hubbie itself can only see the files you pick.

Can several photographers use Shooters Hubbie?

Yes. Every photographer gets their own studio account, galleries, clients and look. Studios' work is completely separate.

Can I send invoices?

Yes. Create an invoice in naira, share its private link, and record payments as they come in, deposits included. Clients can copy your account number in one tap and tell you when they've paid. Starter includes 3 invoices a month; Pro and Studio are unlimited.

Do I get a portfolio website?

Yes. Pick your best photos from your galleries and you get a page at shootershubbie.com/your-studio, in your studio's colours, with your packages, a WhatsApp button and an enquiry form.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are month to month. Your photos stay in your Drive whatever you decide.
